Bennett answered on the second ring and immediately told me it wouldn’t be a problem. I needed the wheelchair by 8 am before they headed out sightseeing for the day and Bennett had the chair there ready to go at 6:45 am. He even texted me that afternoon to check on my sons day and how it went. It’s rare to get this level of customer service but Bennett and mobility city delivered in a huge way!

VERY responsive and customer oriented. They came out to address our problem with a bed. It was an exceptional, pleasant and professional visit. We received much valuable insight—extremely informative. Benny is exceptionally competent. Benny, Benny he’s our man!

This place was a lifesaver for me. I needed a light weight travel wheelchair to transport my brother to his appointments and they had a perfect chair available and the whole process took me 15 minutes from start to finish. I will definitely use them for all my needs in the future!
