Grateful this service is available and they had equipment I needed in a hurry. Sometimes they look closed and door may be locked but just call ahead and when you arrive and the son is usually there and a great help! The shelter wheelchair was like new because of their cleaning job. Plus the $75 payment for a one week wheelchair was worth it and you can return it before your week ends if need be.

Wow…where do I start? I am from out of state and my my mother in NOVA needed an EZ Lift Chair because of her severe arthritis. There was no way she could leave the house to try different chairs. I called Mobility City and Bennet said he and his staff would bring a chair for my mother to try in the comfort of her living room (no obligation…no hard sell). Well, it ended up that that particular chair was too large for her. Bennet actually suggested she would be better off in a “small” chair. So he and his workers packed up the chair and brought it back to the shop. After trading some information on chairs we ordered a smaller chair that was the perfect fit for her. Once again, Mobility City delivered and set up the new chair. My mother is thrilled with the chair. She can finally go from sit to stand without pain. Thank you to Bennet and his staff for their caring and expert service. Of course, he got paid, but he was more concerned about making sure Mom had the right chair! Thanks again.
